Delivery Information

Delivery

We aim to send your order out to within 2 working days of completion of your order. We will contact you if we feel there are any issues in dispatching your order.

Royal Mail states that compensation claims for lost post cannot be made prior to 15 days after despatch. We therefore will only send out replacement orders or issue a refund after 15 days from the date of posting should your order not arrive. It is at the discretion of Creative Studios whether a replacement order or a refund is sent.

If you would like to advise delivery instructions you can do so (eg. 'Leave at number 32' or 'Leave in wheely bin around back'). We will then write these instructions on your order, however Royal Mail are not obliged to follow them.

Please note however that if you request a package to be left unattended and it subsequently is not safely received by you, we will not refund or replace your order unless you can prove that Royal Mail have lost your package.

Shipping and Handling

We happily ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and ParcelForce. In some occasions it is not possible to use these carriers so it is of the discretion of Creative Studios to choose a suitable carrier to deliver your order.

All orders placed before 10am on working days will be posted on the same day. After 10am orders will be shipped the next working day.

For Delivery to the UK and Ireland:
£2.65 on orders up to £49.99 sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders £50 and over will qualify for Free UK Shipping.

Note: UK Shipping Rates have recently gone up, therefore we have had to amend our prices by 20p to accomodate (Last Updated: 05/04/2012).

For Delivery to Europe:
All orders cost £6.95

For Delivery to USA:
All orders cost £6.95

For Delivery to Australia:
All orders cost £8.95

For delivery to any other areas around the world not listed above, please contact us to make sure we are able to deliver to you and for a quote on postage costs.

If you have correctly entered your email address when placing an order online, we will email you to confirm when your order has been processed. If you do not receive your order within 15 working days from the date you placed your order or the date your order was posted to you, please contact us. We will assume that your order has been received in a satisfactory condition if we do not hear from you within that time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Should any of your order be unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 working days of receipt. Items are to be returned at your expense in an as-new / unopened condition.

Every package leaves Creative Studios in excellent condition. If your goods are damaged during transit you should make a claim with Royal Mail for reimbursement. You will need your box or envelope as evidence, as well as the damaged goods.

We recommend you photograph the package before opening if it appears compromised. If this happens, please advise us so we can forward the proof of posting certificate and your order details to the Post Office for processing.

Changes to Delivery Information

We reserve the right to change the delivery information from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. It is your responsibility to make sure you read and understand them at all time. These Terms & Conditions were last edited on 24/4/2013.
