New Stamp Designs Revealed…
Hey Bloggers! I can finally showcase my brand new stamp set ‘Sherlock Holmes’. I am a huge fan of the Sherlock Holmes tales, right from the years as a youngster watching the Disney version ‘The Great Mouse Detective’. The recent films staring Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law are in my eyes Fantastic! I feel very humbled as a true Brit watching these films. As you all know I love all things vintage and watching these films just inspires me. If you haven’t seen these films then I highly recommend them.
So here is the new Stamp set. I am expecting delivery later this week but I will keep you all informed as to when it is available on the shop. Just to give you a heads up that the label shape does not match up with any spellbinders dies, its just a generic shape but is very easy to cut out.
Over the Christmas period I have been working on samples using this new stamp set along with my ‘Time Flies‘ stamp set ready for my TV show on Create and Craft on the 26th of this month. So here is a sneak peek of one of the many samples I have ready for the shows. I must admit this was a very simple card to make as its a simple monochromatic card. One of my favourite little stamps on this set is the fingerprint…its so useful and I came up with a bunch of ideas just looking at this stamp alone. My other favourite stamp is the Top Hat guy a.k.a Mr Holmes lol

Love Sherlock Holmes, the stamps are fab Sam! Have you watched the modern sherlock called Elementary on Sky Living with Johnny Lee Miller as Sherlock and Lucy Liu as Watson.

Love the new stamps – grew up watching the old Sherlock Holmes films with Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce and still think they are the best!!!! So good that you are championing Britain – think someone ought to tell Tim Holtz off about his new collection – French Industral- should be British!!!!
My husband is a big Sherlock fan – I’m rather enjoying the newer versions myself though..Elementary; Sherlock (with Benedict Cumberbatch) etc… These new designs are wonderful.
I love the stamps and I can’t wait to get them. They are a must for me. xx
