I found a problem/bug with the site, where do i send it?

If you think you have found a problem or bug on the site then i want to hear about it as soon as possible! Please contact us here giving as much details about the problem as possible and we will look into fixing it as soon as possible.

If it’s a visual problem then we would appreciate it if you could take a screen shot and send us the picture so we know exactly what we are dealing with.

Registration is easy, just visit the Shops home page and click on the link in the grey navigation bar that says ‘create an account‘ or alternatively click here and go there directly. This will take you to the page where you enter your details for your account, It only takes about a minuet and then you can continue shopping.

No, not at all. You can go through the entire process as a guest and non of you details are stored on our servers.

Firstly check that you are using the correct e-mail address that you signed up with, this is a very common mistake that people make when having multiple e-mail addresses. If you are sure you are using the correct e-mail address then next is to request a new password by visiting here. Enter the e-mail address that you signed up with and a new password will be generated and e-mailed to this account.

Once you’ve added all the products that you wish to purchase into your basket you will see them in the drop down menu in the grey navigation bar by clicking on the blue link under where it says ‘Shopping Cart‘. At the bottom of this drop down menu is a button that says ‘Checkout‘. Clicking this goes to the checkout page where you enter your details ready for completing your order.

Here you can register an account if you don’t already have one, sign in if you haven’t already done so, or go through the procedure as a guest.

Before you can move on to the next step of the ordering procedure you must complete each section fully making sure to fill in all the required files which are marked with a red * by the field name. Once all sections are completed you must click the dark grey ‘Continue‘ button.

Unfortunately no we don’t have the means to accept payment over the phone.

Unfortunately no, we only use Pay Pal as our ‘payment gateway‘. What this means is we let Pay Pal process all payments to and from ourselves which means we don’t actually handle your personal card details at all on our servers. Pay Pal accepts a large variety of cards (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/etc) or the use of a Direct Debit straight from your bank account to withdraw funding.

Pay Pal is extremely safe, fast, and free for you as a customer to use. They also offer payment protection when shopping online and using them to pay. All information about this and more is on the official Pay Pal website at www.paypal.com.

You don’t actually need an account to use Pay Pal. You can use it as a Guest and still pay with a variety of cards (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/etc) without Pay Pal storing your details on their servers.
